THE THREAD | Funeral For A Hamster, etc.
Good morning,
This week I want to share a story of mine that is published in this month's issue of The Sun. You can click here to read "Funeral For A Hamster."
Today is the only day you can read it online for free before The Sun puts up their paywall. But if you want to support a really great monthly magazine, you can also buy a hard copy wherever you can find a decent magazine stand.
Also, in the fall I shared "The Edna Next Door" on The Tread, and this month it was published online by Commonweal, and you can read it here. And one of the poems I shared in the winter is now published in the latest edition of Coal Hill Review, and you can read that poem again (or for the first time!) here.
As always, thank you for subscribing to this weekly letter. It continues to be a great way for me to keep slinging sentences out into the world and finding places for them to land.
